Guidely Pro provides software and related services for AI-assisted product discovery, guided shopping experiences, product recommendations, analytics, integrations, and related support. Service availability, features, pricing, and plans may change over time.
Accounts and Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to us, the security of your account credentials, your store configuration, your product catalog data, and your use of recommendations generated through the services. You must not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, upload unlawful content, or use the services in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Orders, Subscriptions, and Payment
Fees, billing cycles, trial periods, renewal terms, taxes, and payment methods are shown at checkout, in the selected plan, or in a separate order form. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and for keeping payment information current.
Contract Formation in Electronic Commerce
